Rockwell Automation 440R Minotaur MSR127RTP Safety Relay, Single Channel
For dependable fault detection that will minimise downtime and help you keep operations running efficiently, the 440R Minotaur MSR127RTP Single Function Safety Relays by Rockwell Automation are the ideal choice for your safety control system. The MSR family of relays are perfectly suited for relatively small safety applications and single zone control.
These versatile single function safety relays can be connected in 3 different input wiring configurations: 1NC, 2NC, or with two PNP connections from a light curtain. The MSR127RT checks for cross faults across the two inputs when connected in the 2NC configuration. The light curtain must perform the cross fault detection when the safety relay is connected to light curtains.
The MSR127TP relay features an automatic/manual reset, which can be jumpered or changed to an unmonitored manual reset by the addition of a normally open switch in the monitoring loop. The MSR127RP unit has a monitored manual reset which offers checking of the output monitoring circuit.
These devices are ideal for light curtain, E-stop or safety gate applications.
