RS Jayflow85 Fine Efficiency Rated Glass Bag Filters

The RS Jayflow85 range of fine efficiency glass bag filters are used widely in government buildings, hospitals and other sensitive areas. the grade of filter is effective against dust and soots and is suitable for air conditioning in hospitals, laboratories, offices, theatres and computer rooms.

Jayflow filters are manufactured by mounting the microfine glass fibre media pockets into a galvanised steel header frame. Each pocket rim is fixed to a rigid steel collar and these frames are joined together before fixing into the outside header frame.

The glass fibre pockets are stitched to allow them to open fully just far enough to prevent them from touching each adjacent pocket so allowing for maximum airflow. The conical shape of the pocket allows for a maximum of 12 pockets to be fitted across a width of 600mm nominal. A side gasket is applied to each filter as standard, however, for
the front or rear face of the frame for front or rear mounting frames, please see RS 619-1720 for a roll of EPDM foam sealing tape.
