RS-232 Line Transceivers, Dual, Texas Instruments

A range of RS-232 Line Transceivers which meet or exceed the requirements of the TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU v.28 standards. These devices generally include ESD protection of up to ±15 kV (Human-Body Model), ±8 kV (Contact Discharge) and most incorporate charge pump circuitry to allow operation from single 3 V to 5.5 V supplies. Dual transceivers each contain two line drivers and two line receivers and are available with operating speeds of up to 1 Mbps.
