Aim-TTi TG1006
The Aim-TTi TG1006 function generator has been developed from the Aim-TTi TG300 & TG550 series analog function generators. Unlike those earlier models, the TG1006 uses Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) frequency generation for greater accuracy, increased stability, wider frequency range coverage and excellent frequency agility. DDS generates waveforms using a phase accumulator, look-up table and DAC. The accuracy and stability of the resulting waveforms are related to those of the crystal master clock.
1mHz to 10MHz frequency range using DDS
6 digits or 1mHz setting resolution
1ppm stability and <10ppm absolute accuracy for 1 year
Sine, square and triangle waveforms
Low distortion, high spectral purity sine waves
