Product details

Facom Engineer’s Protractor

Introducing the Facom protractor, designed especially for depth gauge measurement. This engineer’s protractor features a hardened stainless-steel design for ultimate durability so that it doesn’t bend and flex easily and allows for accurate measurement without any errors and is graduated from 0 to 180° in both directions.

Features and Benefits:

• This protractor is made from hardened stainless steel for durability and accuracy when measuring
• The base of the sector divided in mm and the diameter of the sector is 85 mm
• It is graduated from 0 to 180 degrees in both directions, allowing greater flexibility for measurement
• The ruler length is 170 mm and the whole protractor weights 150 g

Applications:

A protractor is a mathematical instrument used for measuring angles in degrees such as the angles of a triangle or a hexagon. They are used for a variety of mechanical and engineering-related applications. One common use is for lessons in schools where plastic protractors are commonly used for mathematics and geometry. Some protractors are simple semicircles, while more advanced protractors, such as the bevel protractor, have one or two swinging arms, which can be used to help measure the angle. These are precision instruments and are incredibly valuable to the people using them.

Some common applications for protractors are:

• Maths
• Drafting
• Architecture
• Engineering
• Mechanics
