Schottky Barrier Rectifier Diode - S10/S15 Series
HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited S10/S15 schottky diode has a low forward voltage drop. They range from 45 V to 100 VRRM with a forward current of 10 A or 15 A. The surface mount schottky barrier rectifier is ideal for automated placements in its TO277A package. The diode has a low profile height and the leads comply with EU RoHS 2002/95 EC directives
