KEMET ESD-FPL series solid ferrite cores are designed for use in flat cables. These ferrite cores are made of solid construction andd thin minimal gap types available. Flat Ferrite cores are designed to eliminate severe interference on ribbon cables in digital devices or display controllers. These ferrite sleeves Simply thread over the cable before connectors are applied, and are held in position with heat shrink sleeving or can be glued in place.
