Molex CLIK-Mate Hand Crimping Tool for 1.25mm CLIK-Mate Connector 26-28 AWG Crimp Terminals

Hand crimping tool for crimping series 502381 and 501930 size 26-28 AWG CLIK-Mate crimp terminals that are used in the 1.25mm pitch range of CLIK-Mate crimp housings. This hand crimp tool is IPC/WHMA A-620 Class 2 compliant and features a precisely engineered terminal locator wire stop for holding the terminals in place and a ratchet mechanism which ensures a full crimping cycle is achieved. Ergonomically designed handles and the ability for use in both right and left handed applications make this CLIK-Mate hand crimp tool easy to handle and comfortable to use.
The dies and locator of this CLIK-Mate hand crimp tool can also be used in battery powered tools (Molex part numbers 63816-0200 and 63816-0250) with the use of a crimp head (Molex part number 63816-0800)

The SMT CLIK-Mate™ series has a lock design that offers ease of use combined with superior mating retention.,With a unique tuning-fork terminal concept that provides low insertion force and secure mating contact.,The system also provides about 60% space saving compared with similar dual-lock 2.00mm pitch versions.,Designed for applications such as LCD TV's that require higher pin count connectors to carry more signal line in less space.
