TE Connectivity Industrial Type A USB Plug Connector Kits

TE Connectivity presents these industrial Type A USB 2.0 plug connector kits with a 480Mbits/s data rate and plug and play capability. These industrial type A USB plugs have a 40 N retention force to prevent accidental unplugging and an integrated locking mechanism for more reliable industrial applications. They are intermateable with existing USB type A receptacles.

The housings of these Type A USB 2.0 plug are made from black high temperature UL94V-0 thermoplastic, with a nickel plated shield and gold plated brass contacts. The kits comprise of a retention housing, cover, lock spring, front and back shell, plug housing and cap housing.
