TE Connectivity Mini CERTI-LOK Hand Crimp Tool for AMPLIMITE HD-20 Contacts
Mini CERTI-LOK ratchet action hand crimp tool for crimping HD-20 crimp pin and socket contacts with a wire size range of 0.03 to 0.56mm2 (AWG 30 to awg 20). This hand crimping tool has parallel action jaws, two fixed dies, two movable dies, 3 crimping indents marked with wire size, contact support, a locator/insulation stop for postioning of contact between the dies and locating wire in the contact, ratchet adjuster to control the crimp height and a ratchet release lever. The ratchet of this CERTI-CRIMP II hand crimping tool ensures full crimping of the contact by remaining engaged until the handles are fully closed, the ratchet release lever enables the user to open the partially closed handles when necessary.
